  • We collaborate with the Board of Directors to prepare realistic budgets that balance the needs of the condominium with short and long-term financial stability.
  • We assist to prepare yearly budgets, comparing anticipated costs with real time operating costs.
  • Yearly budgets are submitted to the Board of Directors for review before the start of the fiscal year, including building needs and anticipated cost.

Reserve Fund Study & Planning

  • We provide monthly financial operating statements and bank account reconciliation.
  • We ensure contributions are aligned with recommended requirements and that your property remains well-maintained for the future.
  • Reserve Fund Study will be completed every 5 years.

Accurate Financial Reporting

  • Monthly financial statements with full transparency, including income, expenses, reserve balances, and variances.

Expense Tracking & Vendor Payments
